Gluten Free Baked Bagels

They’re easy….try them 🙂

Ingredients

1 C GF plain flour

1 C almond meal

2 tsps baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 T collagen powder

1 C lactose free greek yoghurt

Method

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl then add yoghurt.  Stir, then using your hands to combine until the mixture holds together but is not too wet and sticky.  If more flour or yoghurt is needed, add it now, a little at a time.

Roll into 4 balls, flatten slightly and make a hole in the middle and place on a baking tray.

Brush with a little milk then top with any seeds and a sprinkle of salt.

Bake approx 20 mins and remove from the oven when golden brown.  Cool slightly before munching.

I like to eat them warm with lots of butter, but be careful as the butter melts and slides everywhere!

As I always do, substitute any ingredients if you wish and feel free to add a bit more of this and a little less of that and let me know how it tastes…
