Please read over the following policies.

Appointment scheduling: Please follow your treatment schedule provided by your practitioner and book in at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

Broken appointments: Please make any changes to booked appointments by 3 pm the day prior. Later changes/cancellations will incur a cancellation fee. No shows may be charged at the full fee.

Financial agreement: All consultation fees are to be paid at the time of the appointment.

X-rays: Please collect your x-rays within 2 weeks, after this time your x-rays may be disposed of.

Data: Your data is safely stored using an encrypted system. We will not share your data with any third parties unless you consent.
