Over the past 2 months, Dr Izzy has had the privilege of serving the Northern Beaches community with posture checks at Berry Reserve Markets at Narrabeen Lake.

“It’s been rewarding connecting with so many wonderful people. I love giving back to the community and helping people better understand how their bodies move, and introducing them to how chiropractic care can support overall wellbeing – not only with aches and pains, but also better sleep, improved mobility, reduced stress, enhanced digestion and a healthier, more connected body.”

On another note, Dr Izzy has some exciting news! She’ll be taking on a temporary chiropractic role in regional Victoria, so it’s goodbye to Sydney for the next 5 months. Her last day will be on the 16th July.
