Date & Chia Pudding

I love eating Chia pudding for breakfast, it’s quick and easy (if you prepare it the night before) and super healthy.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons of chia seeds

250ml almond milk

1 tspn date syrup

2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt

Method:

Place the chia seed, date syrup and yoghurt in a jar and then pour the milk in

Stir everything together and place lid on the jar

Place the jar in the fridge overnight

You can add berries, nuts, seeds, nut butter, anything to your liking really.
