Dear Beyond Self Family,

Well here we are again! Christmas is days away and 2025 is just around the corner.

We just wanted to take this opportunity before we sign-off for the year to thank you for another year of love, loyalty and support. 

We hope you have felt valued, nurtured and well cared for each time you have been in to see us. Team Beyond Self have certainly enjoyed the myriad of wonderful interactions with you all as we endeavoured to offer you the highest quality integrative healthcare and support.

Dave & Maddy and family are heading off on a winter wonderland adventure any minute – a well-earned rest after a hectic year. We have the amazing Christie working throughout this time, plus the lovely Hannah who is our locum for some shifts in December and January. Please see inside the newsletter for specific details of which practitioners are working and when.

Some of you will know, but many may not, that our much-loved front desk squirrel Nat, is moving to Adelaide in January with her family. We are thrilled for them to be starting this new and exciting chapter but she will be dearly missed. It’s not totally goodbye though as Nat is the genius behind such things as how lovely this newsletter always looks, plus in-house notices, some social media, and many technical things which just cause the rest of us a giant headache – and she has thankfully agreed to continue to do some of these things for us remotely. Phew!!!

Sarah B and Jill will be picking up Nat’s shifts and Megan will continue to be our super- efficient ‘extra’. Batool remains at the helm of frontdesk on a Saturday.

So it’s time now to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful, restful start to whatever the New Year may hold in store for you.
