Dave and Maddy here, just popping in to say hello to our incredible Beyond Self family! For us, last year was a monumental one for so many reasons. We welcomed our third baby boy, Rory Bear, into our family – hopefully you all got to meet him at various times in the clinic. He’s 6 months old now and crawling after his big brothers, already trying to keep up with them! 

As a clinic, we were lucky enough to have three more super humans join our team – Olivia, Batool and Christie.  As a holistic psychologist, Olivia has brought some beautiful care and insights to our patients and really rounded out what we’re able to offer in terms of emotional support to our community. It’s been beautiful to collaborate with her and we are looking forward to bringing some exciting new possibilities to Beyond Self in 2024.

Saturday mornings on front desk have had a lovely new energy thanks to Batool, who is also a 4th year chiro student. 

Christie integrated seamlessly as our third chiro, and we know a lot of Maddy’s patients have been so grateful to have her here while Maddy has been off in mum world! 

This year, as Maddy comes back to work, the three of us are really looking forward to expanding our work in paediatric neurodevelopment. We’ve been seeing some incredible changes in regular kids who are struggling with behavioural and learning issues, anxiety, more specific diagnoses like ADHD, Autism, OCD, and even just overcoming fears or increasing coordination to allow them to reach their full potential. We can’t wait to see what else our gorgeous patients can achieve in 2024. 

It goes without saying that our whole team is rested and ready to continue caring for our amazing regulars and community members, who have trusted us with their health for so many years. 2024 will bring the same love and dedication to your health, and you guys may notice a few extra gadgets or cool machines to enhance your health. The world is our oyster and we’re so happy to have you here with us!
