Often our minds are the greatest obstacles to making the most impactful changes in our lives. Negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, or fear of failure get in the way of us tuning into our intuition and living by our truest values. By accessing a more authentic relationship with your deepest fears, beliefs, and needs, you can make changes that will lead to a more meaningful life.

But what exactly happens in a coaching session? I hear you ask. 

At the top of each session, we start with a choice from you: what would you like to get coached on? From there, I will be in your corner and;

  • Guide you to clarity on what you want and what’s holding you back 
  • Develop strategies to overcome obstacles to achieve your desired outcomes 
  • Invite you to take action and provide accountability for commitments that you make for yourself 
  • Provide guidance and support to connect with a deeper sense of purpose and achieve your full potential 

As a coach, my biggest goal in each session is to create a safe space for you to feel comfortable in exploring a different way of doing and being, and as a result, leave feeling a new sense of empowerment.

How do I know? I’ve been there, where you’re standing. I’ve felt dissatisfied with many areas of my life. I’ve felt frustrated that my efforts to make change were going around in circles and resentful that no matter what I tried or thought, for some reason things remained stagnant. I sensed a dissonance between who I wanted to be and the person I had become. So, I got myself a coach. She helped me to connect and listen to my inner voice, to overcome my indecisive and anxious thoughts and to create healthy boundaries, which meant that I never sacrificed my long-term vision for short-term gain again. 

Coaching was so beneficial to me that I was called to become a qualified coach myself, so that I too can guide people to feel empowered and reach their life satisfaction.
